Hey beauties! I’m Britany, mom of three, Licensed Practical Nurse, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and the founder of Fit & Fabulous Coaching.
For a long time, I poured everything I had into my family, my patients, and everyone who needed me and in the process, I stopped showing up for me. I sacrificed my body, my health, and honestly, my sanity.
Motherhood is the most beautiful and demanding thing I’ve ever done but it also left me feeling lost in my own skin. I used to look in the mirror and not recognize the woman staring back. I was tired, burnt out, and constantly putting myself last.
When I finally decided to make a change, it wasn’t about getting smaller, it was about getting stronger. It was about finding myself again; my confidence, my energy, my spark.
That journey changed everything.
I learned how to train in a way that empowered me instead of drained me. I discovered that food wasn’t the enemy, it was fuel. I realized that taking care of myself didn’t make me selfish, it made me present.
Now, I combine my background in healthcare and fitness to help women all over the country build strength from the inside out. Because I know what it feels like to lose yourself and I know what it takes to come back stronger.
Through Fit & Fabulous Coaching, I help women create balance, rebuild confidence, and transform their bodies without sacrificing the rest of their lives.
My mission is simple: to show every woman, especially every mom, that she is worthy of the same care, commitment, and love she gives to everyone else.

I started because I wanted to improve my overall health. I wanted to firm up my muscles and improve balance. The biggest change was the improvement of my mental health. I started Fit & Fabulous with Britany because I have known her for a really long time. She was my daughter’s cheer coach as well and I have seen her in action a lot. I knew she would keep me on track with my goals of losing weight and just feeling better about myself. Britany is very educated in physical fitness. In this past year working with Britany, I have lost almost 40lbs from the heaviest I have ever been. So far I’m feeling better about losing the weight. She makes it fun and is always changing things up, which makes it so nice because then you aren’t doing the same things over and over. She is very encouraging.
